Shipping

We usually ship the products within 1-3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Delivery takes around 1-5* days from the date of shipment.

Expect delayed deliveries during high season times.

Orders placed in India are catered by safe and reliable courier companies such as DTDC and Delhivery. For international orders, the shipment is via DHL, FedEx etc…

After dispatch, for within India, the shipping takes 2 – 3 working days, for international orders, the shipping time depends on the country, between 5 – 12 days.

We are not liable for any delays in delivery by the courier company but will definitely help you track down your package through our partnering courier company.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation of order is allowed “within 24 hours of placing the order, or till the status of the order is ‘Processing’ (i.e. before shipment is confirmed), whichever is earlier.”

Refund in case of Cancellation of an order:

Refunds will be issued in seven business days to the same ‘bank account / card / used for placing the order.

Exchange Policy(Domestic orders)

We dont have refund option. Customer can initiate exchange for product or size, subjected to size availability. Exchange request can be initiated only ‘once per order’ and within 2(Two) days of delivery of the order’, given following conditions are satisfied:

Product(s) should be unused & unwashed Tags should be intact

Product(s) is/are not purchased in sale/discounted price Product(s) is/are not custom altered

Unpacking video is must for damage, partial and wrong product received. Customer will have to send parcel back to us.

You can raise the exchange query with us through the Exchange link within 24-48 hours of order delivery. An amount of 200 rs( per product ) will be charged to process your exchange request, once it is done you are requested to share the screenshot of the payment in the same mail with us at hiorgganiks.com

Custom Tailored Items / Altered Items

We will not accept return or exchange for custom sized items or items that have been altered in any way.

Sale items (if applicable)

All the sale, discounted, coupon & gift voucher purchases cannot be returned or exchanged.
